This position is primarily responsible for designing graphics, creating marketing materials and providing administrative support to the Marketing team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate marketing events and activities
- Send regular E-blasts
- Assist with development of marketing priorities, concepts, and materials as it relates to the homebuilding industry.
- Review corporate website content, links, images and pricing for accuracy
- Update corporate website, BDX platform and other website content
- Conceptualize and create brochures, flyers, social media, web banners and email blasts
- Track orders and status of marketing materials, including signs, ads, flyers, model displays, etc.
- Coordinate the placement of ads and marketing materials
- Assist with mailings and correspondence related to marketing
- Collect and organize any graphics, flyers, marketing collateral and supplies
- Assist with tracking and managing sign locations and replacements
- Update corporate website and other website content
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS [required]
- Flexibility to work an occasional marketing event on a Saturday or Sunday
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite Software [Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign]
- Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong writing, communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
- High level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, Outlook]
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
