This position is primarily responsible for managing all the documents associated with closing procedures of homes from contract thru closing for all our communities. Additionally, the Sales and Closing Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to our Sales and Marketing departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Open and close real estate transaction files
• Organize and file contract paperwork for each sale through SharePoint
• Coordinate and communicate with all parties for each sale and closing; appraisers, lenders, inspectors, construction, accounting and sales
• Assemble marketing materials and brochures
• Deliver materials and supplies to model homes
• Attend internal sales meetings
• Assist the marketing and sales departments with coordinating marketing events

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS [required]
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of real estate, home loan processing or new home sales experience
• Very meticulous and detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the internet
• Excellent problem solver
• Dependable
• Strong documentation skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience with managing documents and folders within share drives
• Experience with DocuSign
