Position: Warranty and Customer Service Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact homeowners and confirm receipt of warranty submissions within 24 hours
• Schedule and attend initial meeting to inspect warranty items with homeowner
• Evaluate issues to determine if they are warrantable
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors needed to complete warrantable work
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure completed work is satisfactory
• Keep detailed documentation of all contact with homeowners and subcontractors
• Back charge subcontractors when necessary
• Complete warranty work in a timely manner
• Approve invoices related to warranty work
• Track and report all warranty submission, work, cost and completion dates on a weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain Ravenna’s high standards of customer satisfaction and quality control
• Support Construction staff with additional duties as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS [required]
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science or the equivalent of a High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 2 years of residential Construction Management experience
• Available for appointments after 5:00pm and on weekends as necessary
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Self-starter that can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Outstanding customer service, writing, communication and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to follow blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Current, valid Driver’s License and willing to drive to communities in Cypress, Conroe and College Station
