Stronger Concrete Standards

Each Ravenna home is built on a professionally engineered concrete foundation with a minimum strength of 3,000 PSI, exceeding the 2,500 PSI industry standard. A cylinder test is performed for every slab to verify concrete strength and help ensure long-term durability and performance. Each foundation’s cables are pre-stressed within 48 hours to enhance the strength and performance of the slab. After the cables are fully stressed, the foundation is then inspected and tested by independent third parties to confirm it meets Ravenna’s rigorous construction standards.
