Yes. Ravenna Homes offers both move-in ready homes and opportunities to build a new home. Buyers looking for a shorter move-in timeline can explore homes that are already under construction or completed, while buyers who want more involvement in the design process can select an available homesite and floor plan and build from the ground up. Building gives you additional opportunities to personalize the layout, features, and finishes of your home, while a move-in ready home allows you to see many of those selections before you purchase.

Every new Ravenna home is backed by a 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials, along with a 10-year limited structural warranty insured by an independent third party. Our commitment to homeowners continues after closing, with a dedicated warranty team available to help address questions and service needs as you settle into your new home.

Ravenna offers buyers a wide range of opportunities to make their home their own. Depending on the floor plan, community, homesite, and stage of construction, buyers may be able to select structural options, modify certain features, and choose from an extensive collection of interior and exterior finishes. During the design process, you’ll work with our team to select cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and other details. Available personalization options vary, so our sales team can help you understand what is possible for the home you are considering.

Ravenna homes are built with a strong level of included features that buyers might find offered as upgrades elsewhere. Depending on the floor plan and community, features may include built-in KitchenAid appliances, J-Kraft cabinetry, freestanding tubs, dropped showers, framed mirrors, insulated garage doors, 8-foot interior doors, and generous ceiling heights.
