This position is primarily responsible for new home sales from contract through closing. The Outside Sales Consultant develops and maintains Realtor relationships in order to market their community to stay on top of mind with the Realtor community in order to sell homes. This position is responsible for managing the day to day activities of maintaining the model home, brochures and other marketing collateral, working with Construction staff to monitor model and inventory homes maintenance, and managing the closing procedures of homes from contract thru closing.


  • Open and close real estate transaction files
  • Organize contract paperwork for each sale
  • Keep an accurate calendar of events and appointments
  • Coordinate and communicate with all parties for each sale and closing – appraisers, lenders, inspectors, construction mangers, etc.
  • Open and close model home
  • Walk and inspect model home daily
  • Make sure facilities are clean and orderly
  • Miscellaneous administrative work
  • Assemble marketing materials and brochures
  • Print floor plans, maps, and other marketing materials as necessary
  • Keep up with office supplies and order as necessary


  • Strong closer
  • Outgoing and upbeat personality

  • Excellent with organizing, filing, and processing paperwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, Outlook]
  • Familiar with internet

  • 1-2 years new home sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
